How can I cancel an order?
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Our facilities operate nearly round the clock, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed because of this. Once your checkout process is complete, the destination warehouse is immediately notified to pick and ship your order. Sheds and outdoor products are the only exception. Cancellation of Sheds and Outdoor products must be made in writing within 24 hours of purchase to avoid any additional shipping costs. Contact us and we will do our best to take care of it.

How can I track my order?
South Florida Sheds will send out an email notification with tracking information for all orders that are shipped. Orders that are shipped with UPS or other common carriers will not receive an order tracking email, as those orders normally ship out the next day and arrive in less than a week. All items must be shipped to a physical address, not a PO Box. If you would like tracking information on a UPS-able order, give us a call at 941-556-9040 or contact us for more information.

How do I use your website?
Start by searching for products. The South Florida Sheds site has been designed to give users optimum searching power when exploring the site for their desired products. You can always type in the name or SKU of the product you are looking for in the search box, or you can search by one of our main categories or search by manufacturer. What about orders outside of the contiguous 48 states?
Orders coming from outside the 48 contiguous U.S.A. will require a separate shipping quote. South Florida Sheds is happy to accommodate all our neighbors from around the globe; just call or contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with a quote.

What are your payment policies?
South Florida Sheds accepts Visa/MasterCard, American Express, Discover & PayPal through the website. Checks are also accepted; please fill up your shopping cart, fill in the required information, print the cart and send it in with your check. Please Remember; there will be a lengthy time period, during which we will attempt to clear your check (a few Bad Apples always spoil things for the rest of us honest Americans); we appreciate your patience.

What are your return policies?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product is damaged at the time of delivery please refuse delivery and indicate “damaged” on the delivery paperwork. Please, before you do anything else, you must contact South Florida Sheds Customer Service us to report the damage and we can have a replacement immediately shipped to you. Most manufacturers WILL NOT accept returns for reasons other than damaged merchandise, so it is imperative that you do all the research you are able to before making your purchase. Unfortunately, we can not make any exceptions to these procedural rules (we don’t make the rules, we just follow them). You can contact South Florida Sheds by calling 941-556-9040 or by sending us an email. Concealed damages to any order must be reported to South Florida Sheds within 3 days of receipt. In the event of near-thermonuclear annihilation and if, at that time, you would even care, refunds for orders that received free shipping, will be reduced by the actual cost of shipping that was absorbed by South Florida Sheds. What are your shipping policies?
Our products are sold and shipped via our various warehouses from around the country. Our Shipping is Free, on most Shed orders. South Florida Sheds ships UPS, when possible. Orders too large to go via common carrier (sheds), are shipped with proven and reliable freight carriers. Certain products are unable to ship via common carrier due to product weight, size, shape or safety precautions. These products will be shipped via common over-sized parcel carrier or freight carrier. The charge to ship some of these smaller products is according to the weight of the item. Many items in our Shed & Outdoor section ship “free of charge!” Delivery of most common carrier orders is usually no more than 3-5 business days, since most products ship from one of our fully stocked warehouses. Orders placed before 11am (EST), usually ship same day. This excludes all Outdoor sheds and special order items. These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are typically delivered in fewer than 12-17 days. Freight companies delivering to your home or business will call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a delivery appointment. Normal delivery for orders shipped by common freight carrier to residential and business locations are to curbside or loading dock only. This service does not include inside home or business delivery, set up, or lift-gate charges. Should you need inside delivery or other accessorial services, the freight company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for any such charges. While the driver is delivering your freight, please make sure to inspect the freight for any visible damage to the cartons, if you see any torn areas, please look inside to make sure the damage is superficial only and not to any shed parts. If you see some visible damage that appears to involve quite a few parts, you can refuse the shipment and make a note on the bill of lading that it was due to damage. If there are just a couple of parts affected you can accept the shipment, but make sure that you mark the bill of lading “ damaged”, will inform after total inspection”. Once you have opened the carton you can call the 800 number on your installation manual and the manufacturer will UPS you the new parts, at no cost to you.
