Shipping and Freight
Our products are only shipped ground, within the continguous 48 states by UPS or freight.
Items are generally shipped out within 2-5 business days of receipt of your order unless otherwise noted on the item description page, and your order should arrive within 12-17 business days.

Delivery Process For Large Items
Your freight order is shipped via a third party common freight carrier. Once shipped, you will get a phone call for a delivery appointment within 7 to 10 days. Your order will be delivered via motor freight if it is too large for UPS.
Shipping charges cover delivery to the doorstep or driveway of a residence or business. Charges to do not cover delivery to the second floor or to the backyard, if you would like an inside delivery or a delivery to a residence with stairs please call customer service to arrange for this optional service.
Freight Order Receipt Process
While the driver is delivering your freight, please make sure to inspect the freight for any visible damage to the cartons, if you see any torn areas, please look inside to make sure the damage is superficial only and not on any product parts. If you see some visible damage that seems to involve quite a few parts, you can refuse the shipment and make a note on the bill of lading that it was due to damage. If there is just a couple of parts affected you can accept the shipment, but make sure that you mark the bill of lading “ damaged”, will inform after total inspection”. Once you have opened the carton you can call the 800 number on your installation manual and they will UPS you the new parts at not cost to you.
Please contact the Manufacturer at the 800 number in the Parts/Assembly Manual. They will immediately UPS you new parts at no cost to you.
Sales tax in the amount of 7% will be added to all items sold to Florida Residents.
If your order arrives damaged because of shipping, you must let us as soon as possible, but no later than within 7 days. We will work to resolve the problem. We cannot be responsible for damage reported beyond 7 days of receipt of the item.
If you choose to cancel your order on the same business day on which you ordered and it is prior to 3:00 PM EDT, there will be no charge. If you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped, there will be a 5% cancellation fee charged to you. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, it is considered a return and will be handled in accordance with our return policy.
We are happy to accept returns without question within 30 days after purchase. If you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to the supplier. We can not refund original shipping costs, if any apply. In addition, there will be a 35% restocking fee assessed on all returned items. DO NOT SHIP ITEMS TO OUR OFFICES. Please contact us to return a product, and we will immediately provide instructions for doing so. Once a product is received, the customer accepts full responsibility for it, including set up and use. South Florida Sheds is not responsible for losses to persons or property as a result of damage caused by shipping, misuse, neglect, improper installation, alteration, or accident.
